  • April 30th at 6PM

    (Space is limited)

For this year’s fundraiser, we'll be pairing different flavours of Miss Vickie's chips with a variety of wines. All featured wines will be by women and queer winemakers. We’ll chat about the basics of food and wine pairing, and explore how different tastes and textures come together.

It's all about sipping, snacking, and celebrating women and queer creators!

This event is at Vinorama Wine Bar and will be led by Ericka Grawey, a certified sommelier with a passion for bringing people together around wine. She believes wine is more than just a beverage—it’s an art form that tells a story of culture, history, and the winemaker’s intention.

  • From the Artist:

“I firmly believe there is so much possibility for cross-disciplinary collaborations in the arts, especially in theatre. So, as I try to produce my new play It Sticks to the Ryver, I want to create a communal gallery space that lives and breathes with the world of the play.”

The Play:It Sticks to the Ryver is a play written for, with, and by disabled people (more specifically neurodiverse folk). Through it, we follow The Person, a college student, and The Other, a humanoid bird, as they learn to live and (re)grow together as a world collapses around them. After all, sometimes all you need is someone willing to wait with you.

The Google Form: It is meant as a way for me to connect with, see, read, hear, and generally interact with the work (artistic or academic) of my fellow queer and/or disabled creators. Any creator at any stage of their career/hobby is welcome to submit their work!
