Annual General Meeting 2024-2025
The Quebec Drama Federation is holding our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025. This will be held virtually, over Zoom.
You are invited to join QDF's staff, Board, and committee members starting at 5:45PM (call to order will be 6:00PM.)
What is an AGM?
We want to make sure everyone is informed and involved in our annual meetings, which are essential for keeping our organization running smoothly. During the meeting, members of QDF will be asked to vote on the approval of the minutes from the previous year, present and approve our audited financial statements, and appoint auditors for the next fiscal year. We'll also discuss any changes to our bylaws, elect new board members, and take care of any other important business. Your participation and input are crucial!
how to attend the agm?
If you'd like to attend the AGM, you must register your attendance in advance. You have until 5:00PM on September 30 to fill out the registration form below. If you register after the cut-off time, we may not be able to guarantee a spot for you.
Once you have registered, you will receive a follow up email, prior to the AGM. In this email, you will have access to the Zoom link, as well as the AGM documents and voting materials.

A friendly reminder that QDF members in good standing can vote for the motions being passed at the AGM. If you are not a QDF member, you cannot vote, but we welcome your presence to hear what’s been going on at QDF and what’s to come.
